Smoked at 275 until they hit 155 internally. Then turned it to 450 and seared them to crisp the skin, give them color and a nice char taste on both sides. Turned out amazing! Searwood performed flawlessly

Does anybody else have trouble heating up after smoking? I feel like my traeger took 30+ minutes to go from 225 to 400 last time I tried
